Por enquanto, o novo Orkut não está aberto para todos os internautas cadastrados no site. Para conhecer as modificações, os usuários precisam receber convites. O processo é parecido com o que caracterizava o Orkut no seu início. As pessoas que forem convidadas ganham cinqüenta convites para repassarem aos amigos. Mas, por enquanto, poucos podem chamar novos contatos. A opção ainda não foi habilitada para todos que já acessam a versão nova da rede social.
Quando o usuário recebe o convite, aparece uma opção no topo da tela. Basta clicar para testar a nova página. Logo de cara, dá para ver modificações no desenho do site. Você pode, até mesmo, abandonar o clássico azul e escolher uma nova cor para seu perfil aqui em cima. A mudança será visualizada por todos.
Entre as novas aplicações e funcionalidades, a possibilidade de gerar um perfil multimídia ganha destaque. A inserção de aplicativos de música, jogos e imagens ficou bem mais simples. Você pode fazer tudo diretamente do seu perfil. Além disso, agora os usuários também podem, literalmente, falar sobre si mesmos ou seus amigos. Na aba “sobre mim”, é possível fazer uploads de vídeos com facilidade. O mesmo vale para os depoimentos enviados para seus contatos. Existem barras que facilitam a visualização dos amigos, um scroll que mostra os aplicativos e sugestões de novas amizades.
Muitas funções já até existiam antes, mas foram aperfeiçoadas para facilitar o uso e o entendimento por parte das pessoas. E mais novidades ainda estão por vir.

The loops section is divided into three main catagories, with various subfolders in each. The drum and rhythm sections features several loop component sub-catagories, kick, snap, percussion, top sections and general pre-processed loops.
The fx section contains build parts, noise pumps, and general FX rhythms ranging from build automations to collapsing cut sequences.
The instument section contains a wide array of processed synth lines that can twist, slide and stutter any way you want.
The single hit section contains around 500 hand crafted rhythm elements, solid bassdrums, wide snaps and claps, toms, bleeps and minimal rhythmic elements covering a wide range of possibilities.
As well as the loops and single hits, the collection also features a comprehensive build and transition FX section. This enables you to create your unique noise build and exit, whether subtle, massive, quick or slow, in just a few clicks of the mouse.
